Live life like today is your last

Life is for living. Don't just dream your dreams...live them. Kiss boys, drink cocktails, wear heels to do the laundry in, dance in the rain, play in the snow, lie in the sun, dance in your underwear, wear your Sunday best on a Saturday, take photographs, make memories and fall in love. Keep your eyes open and take in the world. Fashion surrounds us..as Coco Chanel said, "Fashion is not something that exists in dresses only. Fashion is in the sky, in the street, fashion has to do with ideas, the way we live, what is happening.". Work hard, play harder. Love from me. x x x

Firenze

Florence, or Firenze as it should be called- much prettier sounding really..., is an amazing city. Like most cities it gives off a bustling vibe with a dash of chic-ness. C'est trop belle. La dolce vita..
Italians have a certain charm to them. An elegance in the way they hold themselves, their walk, that dark and mysterious edge. The men are visions of tailored perfection, the Pitti Filatti trade show is perfect for spotting these stylish icons. The women are all glossy hair and effortlessly chic.
The language is one which takes simple words and transforms them into something beautiful. Ciao, dolce, amore. The words spill from your lips and sound like water tumbling over rocks. There is something romantic and fascinating about Italian.
The city itself is jam packed with old, crumbling stunning buildings and quaint bridges. The restaurants are lively and call out to you, inviting you in to sample some of the mouthwatering food. Even the tiny cafes sell delicious pizzas and sandwiches which look so fresh and healthy. Around the tiny, winding streets you find little shops tucked in all over the place with vintage shops catching your eye, like Pitti Vintage, reccommended.
Firenze is, of course, also known for its culture. The galleries and sculptures, the fountains and churches. It's all so breathtaking. Italy though is a cultural hotspot of brooding beauty. I plan to travel around it one day, drinking in the sights. Popping over to Pisa and its leaning tower, flitting round Firenze again, running about Rome, visiting Venice once more..you get the picture?
I loved my time in Firenze and really do plan to take a little trip back to that enchanting place again in this lifetime. That's really all for now.

Bisous.
